From 6.30pm the Luminosity festival will include live music, food stalls and art displays with the main event, a lantern parade, taking place about 8.30pm.
Luminosity is being run by National Disability Coordination Officer Program coordinator Kris Lear and Suzi Welch from Ability Links to shine a light on months of hard work done by people with a disability.
The aim was to create a creative program that would enable people with a disability to received education and training in artistic pursuits including music, film making, sculpting and carpentry and display their achievements at the festival.
