A 27-year-old man has been charged following a fatal crash on Ophir Road on Tuesday night.

Matt Borghero was driving the car and fled the scene along with a third passenger following the crash which left a 23-year-old woman dead.
They were later found and arrested by police.
A critical incident team is investigating the circumstances around the crash.
Borghero has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, failing to stop and assist after a vehicle impact causing death, negligent driving occasioning death, causing bodily harm by misconduct when driving and for not being a licensed driver.
Canobolas Local Area Command office were patrolling at 11pm on Tuesday, September 27 when they saw the car and turned around to follow it. They later found it had crashed on Ophir Road.
Borghero did not apply for bail and it was formally refused by magistrate Terry Lucas. He will reappear on November 21.
A report is being prepared for the Coroner.
