Name: Karina Parsons. Job title: Barista. Where do you work now and how long have you been there: Crema on Lords for two months. Where were you born: Orange. Hobbies: Horse riding, helping with animal welfare and soccer. What did you want to be when you were little: A veterinarian, but then I learned you had to put down animals. Job description: Making coffee, maintaining consistency in the grinder and milk texture, it’s adjusting the recipe for each customer and cup. What other jobs have you had: Stablehand, the Green Army and veterianarian assistant. What training have you done: On the job training, Glenn from Ellie’s Cafe changed my level of skill.
