Police find drugs at roadside breath test

DANIEL Steven Charnock did not appear in Orange Local Court on Monday when he was fined $600 for drug possession.

The 30-year-old from Watt Street, Cowra was fined for possessing 28 grams of dried cannabis leaf found in his pocket and in a lunchbox when a car he was travelling in was pulled over in Spring Street, Orange for a random breath test.

At 3pm on Thursday, July 21 police stopped the car and while speaking with the driver noticed Charnock trying to conceal the lunchbox that was at his feet.
