Due to a procedural oversight in the business paper agendas distributed in the public gallery, a tender for the construction of a community recycling centre at the Ophir Road Resource Recovery Centre, tourism strategy and service delivery, and multimedia for the Orange Regional Museum were deferred to be dealt with at 7pm on Thursday.
