Canberra's Tom Rogic was sent on by Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers at half-time and saw out the match.

Celtic's impressive 5-2 victory last week meant the Scottish side took a healthy lead into the second leg and the lead was necessary as it now progresses 5-4 on aggregate.
Ben Sahar and Ovidiu Hoban scored for Hapoel and the Israeli side pinned back Celtic as it looked for a third goal that would knock out Rogic and his teammates.
Rodger's men held on though to qualify for the first time since the 2013-14 season.

Celtic are likely to be in the fourth pot of seeds for the group stage draw held Friday morning (AEST).
