Around $400,000 of equipment has been donated by community groups over the last 12 months, making treatment easier and faster for patients and staff.
Among those thanked for their contribution included the United Hospitals Auxiliary, Orange Canobolas Lions Club, Orange’s New Year’s Eve Fireworks, Friends Assisting the Community, the Orange Bowling and Fishing Club, Premi Babies, Give Me 5 For Kids and the Humpty Dumpty Foundation.
Hospital general manager Catherine Nowlan offered her sincere thanks to “the people who give their time and donations”,
Ms Nowlan said the donations allowed staff to deliver world-class care.
