The defending premiers, the Blackcats sit in first place ahead of last year’s runner-up Wallerawang, with the two set to clash last weekend if it weren’t for poor conditions forcing the postponement of the round.

Another round nine result with finals ramifications at the pointy end of the ladder, Orange Barbarians’ home game against Villages United at Wade Park was canned. 

The Barbarians now host Wallerawang in Orange on Saturday, with the club's league tag outfit also searching for a win after slipping to sixth place on the New Era league tag ladder. The Warriors’ women’s team is second.
