Young Guns boost Centenary Cup

KINROSS has entered a second team into this season’s Centenary Cup competition.

The inclusion of KWS Young Guns means the Orange District Cricket Association’s newest competition is up to five teams in 2012-13, a massive boost considering it boasted just three sides last summer.

KWS Young Guns will join KWS 3rds, Orange City, CYMS Kellys and CYMS Fahys in the competition, aimed at providing young players in junior grades with a pathway into senior cricket.

The Young Guns will have the bye this weekend, with KWS 3rds taking on CYMS Kellys at Kinross lower turf and CYMS Fahys meeting Orange City at Jack Brabham 2.

A new draw is available on the ODCA website.
