Carnival coordinator Rebecca Hilton-Brown said more than 380 children from year 3 to year 6 and eight-year-olds from year 2 took part in the carnival.
"That's our best result," Mrs Hilton-Brown said.
"There were at least three records broken."
Events included 50m freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke races as well as the 100m all age race and a medley.
There was also an upset in the year 6 verse parents verse teachers race.
"The kids won for the first time, this is the sixth year we've done it and the kids have come last every year," Mrs Hilton-Brown said.
