State Government funding has been announced for the Orange Airport.
DEPUTY premier Andrew Stoner has announced $1.27 million for the expansion of the Orange airport from the State Government.
The funds have come more than three months after the Federal Government committed to the project.
"Andrew Gee has been lobbying very hard for us to come up with the money and we have, but we had to go through that process that's why a little bit of extra time in delivering our commitment of the 1.27 million,” Mr Stoner said, when questioned about the time it took for the money to come through.
