AN Orange family has the opportunity to enjoy the new indoor swimming pool at Orange Aquatic Centre with a free family season pass.
The Central Western Daily and Orange City Council encourage families who are keen to make use of the pool over the coming year, to enter a competition that will run in the CWD over the next two weeks.
To win this fantastic prize just cut out the coupon.
When you next visit the pool for a swim, put your entry in the box and you could be the lucky winner of the prize, valued at more than $1000.
Orange mayor John Davis is optimistic families who haven’t seen the new indoor pool will make the most of the school holidays to visit the complex for the first time.
“The best thing about this great new facility is that it’s all-weather,” Cr Davis said.
He said Orange residents know only too well the weather in Orange can be unpredictable at this time of year.
“But now when parents have a house full of kids on a cold and wet day they have other options,” he said.
“The 25-metre pool is a brilliant facility for serious swimmers, but the whole building is a great place to come in any weather, and in the school holidays it is a great way for kids to burn up some energy.”
Cr Davis said the cafe facilities added to the experience of families visiting the pool.
“Compared to the cost of other holiday activities, the aquatic centre is affordable and good value for money,” he said.
