This new business works within the existing airport envelope and within the existing zoning for the airport precinct.
Orange council should be working on this sort of opportunity, rather than wasting millions of dollars of ratepayer funds on the proposed heavy industrial park which will be nothing more than a white elephant.
The proposed heavy industrial precinct is causing significant anger in the Spring Hill and Huntley area.
Property values are falling due to the uncertainty, the water table will be under threat, and Orange council is failing to consult with local residents and adjoining councils - in breach of its commitments to work in the best interests of the region as a whole.
