Grab your bat and ball for cricket gala day

FANCY a casual game of cricket tomorrow while raising money for the PCYC?

Ray White Real Estate Orange’s cricket gala day tomorrow will hopefully attract up to 100 people to Moulder Park for some games and lunch.

Ray White Orange director Lan Snowden said it was a day that everyone should get involved in.

“All skill levels are welcome,” he said.

“There will be games based on cricket skills first off, a barbecue lunch, and the day will end with a few social games of eight-a-side cricket.”

Cricket NSW western region manager Matt Tabernor, assisted by school promoter Nick Wright, will host the games.

The activities are designed for children up to the age of 15, however, all ages are welcome to come along.

Cricket gear and showbags will be up for grabs on the day.

Activities will run from 11am to 2pm at a cost of just $2. All proceeds go to Orange PCYC.

“The PCYC is a great organisation,” Mr Snowden said,

 “It keeps the kids active.”

If you would like to attend, contact Lan Snowden on 0402 941 611.
