The service will be held at the Catholic Cathedral of St Michael and St John from 2pm.
Ms Cameron was killed in an apparent murder suicide at Kelso in July.
Christine Le Fevre, one of her friends who is organising the service, said she felt it was something the community needed.
“There has been an outpouring of heart-felt emotion following Nadia’s tragic death and the service has been initiated to give the Bathurst community the opportunity to show our love and respect and also to help with our collective grief and loss,” Ms Le Fevre said.
“A warm invitation is extended to the entire Bathurst community and to anyone outside the region who would like to attend this special memorial service.”
Ms Le Fevre said after the service everyone was welcome to attend the Church Bar, which was one of Ms Cameron’s favourite places to catch up with her friends.
“Anyone who knew Nadia knew she would love nothing more to have a glass of bubbly and catch up with friends, so we thought it would be nice to bring everyone together to remember who she was,” Ms Le Fevre said.
“We just want to do something very beautiful for her, for everyone to remember her by.”
Ms Le Fevre said they had wanted to hold the memorial sooner, but after speaking with Father Paul Devitt, who is officiating at the service, she believed now was the perfect time.
“Fr Paul said to us that one month after death is a scared time, but after it’s a celebration of the spirit, which we thought was beautiful,” she said.
“We want this to be a very positive celebration of her and her life.”
