The talented songstress went up against fellow Team Jessie contestants Chris Hoskin and Jason Howell.
These performances were their last chance to prove to their
mentor that they had what it took to go all the way in the competition.
Ms Adams sang Sigma's Changing, chosen for her by Jessie J, while Jason and Chris challenged her with their renditions of Bitter Sweet Symphony by The Verve and The Beetles' Across the Universe respectively.
Each contestant stepped onto the stage to perform a short version of their songs in front of the judges before Jessie J had to make her decision.

The mentor expressed that she was "torn" over who to choose.
But it was Ms Adams in the end who got to progress through to the live performance round of the competition, even after Jessie J said it wasn't her best vocal performance.
Used to pub gigs, Ms Adams was not surprised she faltered in a situation where she was the centre of attention.
"When I get quite nervous some of my singing technique goes out the window,” she said.
“It probably wasn't my best performance.
Despite this, Ms Adams is ecstatic to have made it so far in the competition.
"I'm pretty stoked," she said.
"It is all a bit bittersweet because Chris and Jason got sent home, but it is good."
She is has now set her sights on delivering a powerful performance that will see her survive the live performance round, and she already has a couple of songs in mind.
The last thing she needs to overcome is her nerves.
“It is a bit daunting to think everything is going to be beamed straight into people’s lounge rooms.”
