A man who vanished from a Sydney nursing home has been found after he caught a train to Melbourne in his pyjamas.

Staff realised Wallace Mason, 85, was missing from the Westmead nursing home about 10.30am and called police.
It was believed he had left the home on Helen Street about 10.30am dressed in his pyjamas and slippers.
Police say Mr Mason bought himself a pair of new pants upon arriving in Victoria but took himself to St Vincent's Hospital in Fitzroy after feeling short of breath.
In a previous appeal for information police said they believed Mr Mason could have been anywhere in Sydney.
