The animal farm was a chance for Orange City Centre patrons to get up close and personal and learn about the various different animals.
“[The animal farm] is good for people who live in cities as it gives them a chance to touch the animals that are normally only on farms where they don’t normally visit,” said farm owner Pat O’Brien.
“It’s not like a jumping castle. Adults can participate too and they have just as much fun as the children.”
Given the animals are constantly handled on their home farm in Wagga Wagga, and are bred from quiet animals means they are relaxed and can handle the constant attention when they visit cities.
The petting zoo will be in Orange City Centre until Friday, from 10am to 2pm.
