Patrick Dodson raises concerns over Noel Pearson's model for recognition

Indigenous leader Patrick Dodson has raised concerns about a proposal to recognise the First Australians outside the constitution, warning it was "very risky" to rely on the goodwill of politicians to serve the interests of Indigenous people.
