Mr Bradford said he had previously worked in hospitality and had owned his own landscaping business but was keen to work in the real estate industry.
“I like the lifestyle real estate offered and I’ve always been passionate about property,” he said.
Mr Bradford will now work alongside Orange Real Estate principal John Bradford, his father.
AROUND 80 people attended the launch of the Orange Young Professionals (OYP) group at the Parkview Hotel on Wednesday.
The group aims to foster connections between Orange’s young business operators and professional people and encourage social activities, professional development and community involvement.
Mayor John Davis talked to attendees about both the challenges Orange has faced and the city’s future including health service infrastructure growth, the development of the city precinct and potential boundary and amalgamation challenges.
Cr Davis and councillor Ash Brown also talked about the potential for Orange to become a bicycle event hub with the development of facilities for all cyclists of all types.
“They love food, cafes and wine bars, and their bikes,” Cr Brown said.
OYP, which has representatives from a range of sectors including government, agriculture, finance, health, education and fitness, was an initiative of the Rotary Club of Orange Daybreak and Rotarian Graeme Fleming.
A second OYP event is planned for Wednesday, April 22.
