Miss Mooney said she offered a range of hairdressing services including cuts, dyes and wedding styling.
“It’s been a dream of mine to have my own hair salon,” Miss Mooney said.
Miss Mooney also sells wigs for cancer patients and doesn’t charge a fee for the sale of the wigs or their initial styling.
“My mum has cancer and this is something I just wanted to do,” she said.
“I don’t make any money from the service and people just need to cover the cost of the wig.”
Miss Mooney said she also catered to busy workers by opening the salon late two nights a week and early on Saturday mornings.
