Victorian Labor MP Cesar Melhem criticised by royal commission for slush fund spending

Controversial state Labor MP Cesar Melhem spent nearly $30,000 from his union slush fund on himself without reimbursement and some of his evidence to the royal commission into union corruption was not to be believed, an interim report from the commission   says.
