I find the long, ongoing saga almost unbelievable, and worthy of inclusion in the Guinness Book of Records!
Councillor Glenn Taylor’s proposal for toilets in Robertson Park began 13 years ago in 2001.
It’s no wonder he “did not speak during the debate and left the meeting promptly after the decision”. He was probably completely stunned and dumbfounded!
