CONGRATULATIONS to Shona Richey, whose photograph has won our 'Orange in the full bloom of Spring' competition.
Budding photographers were asked to submit a snap that showcased Orange and the region's beauty in Spring.
The result was a gallery of 44 amazing photos on the centralwesterndaily.com.au website.
The public was then given a week to choose their favourite, with Shona's Spring Terrace flower in bloom receiving a whopping 1,894 votes, or almost 47.71% of the votes cast.
As the winner Shona receives a family pass to Taronga's Western Plains Zoo.
Thank you to everyone who submitted either a photo or votes in the competition.
Shona can come into the Central Western Daily office at 132 Kite Street Orange to collect her prize from Monday.

SUBMISSIONS have now closed for our 'Orange in full bloom of Spring' readers' gallery.
Voting has now opened and can be completed in the accompanying poll.
The most popular photo when voting closes at 12pm on Friday, November 7 will win a family pass to Taronga Western Plains Zoo.
The winner will be announced on the website and in Saturday's edition of the Central Western Daily.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 25, 6AM:
SPRING has well and truly sprung and Orange's glorious gardens have come to life.
Central Western Daily photographer Jude Keogh grabbed her gear and took to the streets to capture the city's explosion of colour.
Now, we're inviting you to do the same.
In the next week we will be compiling a gallery of readers' photos entitled 'Orange in full bloom of Spring'.
We're looking for any photos which showcase Orange's Springtime beauty.
The best snaps will be published in the Central Western Daily on Saturday, November 1, as well as appearing in this photo gallery.
From Saturday accompanying this online gallery will be a poll, where readers can vote for their favourite.
The following Friday - November 7 - the poll will close, with the most popular photo to be published in Saturday, November 8's edition of the newspaper.
The winning photographer will win a family pass (two adults and two children) to Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo.
To submit a photo please attach it to an email to david.neil@fairfaxmedia.com.au, along with all relevant caption information, including the full name of the photographer and where the photo was taken.
