TAFE student Brian Ostini was the recipient of the prestigious Ivan Kingham award at the Australian National Field Days official opening yesterday.

Mr Ostini of Euchareena is a farmhand on a cattle and sheep property and is studying his certificate II, III and IV in agriculture.
The award for best local exhibitor was awarded to Phil Morrow for the CRT exhibit, which included a variety of tools and machinery set in an agricultural back drop with bales of straw and a water feature.
Bushmans Tanks managing director Chris Glen accepted the award for best presented agricultural exhibit.
Charles Sturt University student Jaimi Brown was also presented an award for the CSU student who has demonstration achievement and leadership.
The field days will continue today and tomorrow from 8am to 5pm at 563 Borenore Road.
