Along with trade stalls, sheep dog trials and a host of modern farming machinery and equipment, this year the field days is celebrating Australia’s early days of farming.
The feature exhibit, Australia’s Living History, will showcase the history of farming and will take people back to the days of colonisation, with demonstrations and exhibits of historical tools and methods.
For the first time, this year the field days will have equestrian events.
Orange Equestrian Club will be the headline act, with events including dressage and showjumping as well as heavy horse displays and other horse-related exhibitors.
Other attractions will include daily fashion parades, cooking demonstrations and floral art demonstrations. Food and drinks will be available on site.
