The 37-year-old has pleaded guilty to mid-range PCA but not guilty to the charge of assault. The charge of resisting arrest has been dismissed.
The two day hearing is being overseen by Magistrate Terry Lucas who is considering video evidence and allegations about an incident which allegedly occurred at Orange Police Station in March after Williams underwent a breath analysis.
The court has heard Williams and the female custody manager studied together at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst in 2002.
The matter is expected to be finalised on Wednesday.
