Sergeant Bobin, 41, did not appear in court and was represented by barrister Bill Walsh, who entered pleas of not guilty to the charges on behalf of his client.
“These are false and malicious allegations which my client will be vigorously defending,” Mr Walsh told the magistrate, Terry Lucas.
NSW Police Media issued a statement on October 11 saying the alleged incidents were domestic related and occurred while the officer was off-duty.
The court assigned two days next month for a hearing of the case.
A NSW Police spokesperson said Sergeant Bobin had been suspended with pay.
“In accordance with NSW Police Force policy, a review of the suspension status is conducted every 28 days,” the spokesperson said.
