The man was believed to be spraying thistles on a steep incline at an Emu Swamp Road property when the mishap occurred. He was reportedly not breathing when he was discovered.

Paramedics, police and the Rural Fire Service responded and the man regained consciousness. 

The presence of chemicals at the scene were an initial concern, however the man’s wife informed emergency services they were significantly diluted.
