The men were subpoenaed on behalf of former Orange Ratepayers’ Association president and security guard Brian Wood and the material was returned on Thursday to Orange Local Court.
Wood is facing charges of stalking Mrs Rossiter and her husband Paul with the intention to cause fear of physical harm .
Mrs Rossiter had previously attempted to take out an apprehended personal violence order against Wood and fellow ratepayers’ association member Cyril Smith but her case was thrown out of court last year and so was her appeal against the decision, which was finalised in March.
Police allege Wood stalked the couple over about seven months between September 2013 and April 2014.
The Boronia Crescent resident was arrested by police on May 2 and was granted bail on the condition he would not go within 50 metres of the couple’s home or workplace at Bissy’s Cafe.
Not only was Superintendent Driver asked to produce any correspondence he had with Cr Davis that related to Mrs Rossiter, he was also asked to produce any written directions given to police officers regarding Mrs Rossiter between February 2012 and June 2014.
The case has been adjourned for the defence and prosecution to consider the materials received.
