And the best thing about the new four-week course is that absolutely everyone can take part, no matter their religious beliefs.
“The idea of the course is to address aspects that affect the entire community and ask, how can a loving God create such evil in our world?” he said.
“We see faith in everything we do and this course will allow people to come together and grow. You don’t have to sing, clap or pray, you can come along and just listen.
“It’s an open invitation for everyone and there’s no pressure. You don’t have to be Christian to look at the world’s big problems. We’re encouraging people of different faiths, or people with no religion, to come along and take part.”
Mr Elliott said Christianity Explored would be held over the next four Mondays, beginning next week at 7.45pm, with the possibility of an extra three weeks if the course is successful.
