WHAT a cold day it was in Orange on Wednesday but I was more than impressed with the warm hearts of several people there at the time.

I had reason to visit Orange hospital and inadvertently lost my mobile phone while I was there.
My special thanks go to the staff of the ambulatory care unit who searched their unit for my phone after I left.
Secondly I would like to thank those who were working in the main admissions office (please forgive me if I got the name wrong but you know who you are) and took such good care of my phone for me.
Thirdly, but definitely not lastly, my sincere thanks to the gentleman who found my phone in the mud behind where our car was parked and didn’t hesitate to take it inside and hand it in to the people in the office.
My faith in human nature has been restored once again.
Many thanks to all those concerned. It may only be a cheap phone but it has proved to be my best friend on many occasions despite the fact that I have trouble using it and several of the other modern machines I have been confronted with.
