IT is too early to tell whether motorists will be able to access Mount Canobolas this weekend to experience the remaining traces of snow from last weekend.

Access roads to Mount Canobolas remain closed after Cabonne Council inspected them on Thursday and found snow and ice made conditions too dangerous for motorists.
A further inspection will be conducted this morning to determine whether they can be reopened.
If they remain closed, further inspections will occur this afternoon at 2pm and at 8am tomorrow morning.
Cabonne Council spokesman Dale Jones reminded drivers it is an offence to drive past a road closed sign.
“Council’s priority is the safety of road users and it will endeavour to ensure the roads are open should conditions allow it,” he said.
“But if snow or ice make conditions dangerous, the boom gates on the access roads will be closed.”
