Several users of the intersection have contacted the Central Western Daily to express concerns over near misses, despite the changes completed just a month ago.
The latest confusion arises from a left-hand lane and green-light signal from Telopea Way into Farrell Road, which users are assuming is for the Northern Distributor Road intersection about 30 metres further along.

A drive to the area any Thursday afternoon, when traffic is at its peak, gives a snapshot of the confusion facing drivers.
Orange City Council says drivers need to familiarise themselves with the road rules to avoid confusion.
