Around 30 people participated in the workshop, where Salamao guided the class through some basic Brazilian rhythms and shared some of the history and culture of Brazil and how it has influenced dance.
Later on, around 50 people attended the masterclass where they all followed Salamao in Zumba routines.
On Friday morning he taught the Zumba Gold class, which was done at a slower pace.
