About 11am a 35-year-old man attended Blayney Hospital with an 11-month-old girl who required medical assistance.
Doctors performed CPR on the girl, but she died a short time later.
It’s alleged the girl had sustained a head injury after falling from a trampoline at her family home in Mandurama.

A crime scene was established at the Mandurama home and examined by specialist forensic officers.
Detectives from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad were also notified and are assisting with the investigation.
Inquiries into the matter are continuing and a report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
Anyone with information that could assist detectives is urged to come forward.
