PHOTOS: Farmer sows the seeds of marriage in his fields

ONE man is keeping romance alive in the Central West.

Though Luke Kerin of Yeoval claims it only took him about 10 minutes to plan his bold proposal to Rachel Peffer of Molong, the memory will last a lifetime.

Mr Kerin used the GPS on his tractor while sowing oats to complete lettering in the paddock: "Will u marry me."

He whisked the unsuspecting Ms Peffer to the sky in a helicopter and asked her to be his bride while flying over the paddock between Yeoval and Tomingley.

The couple first met at Molong about four years ago then, as fate would have it, they met again at a youth convention later.
