THE Victoria Sports and Social Club celebrated their 50th anniversary recently.
Over 50 members, including the club’s founding member Pat Wiegold, attended the event which was held at the Victoria Hotel.
Current president Ian Thomas said the group held social gatherings every few months.
“We had a night out and had Pat there as founding member to cut the cake,” he said.
