OHS defeated Blayney High 29-20 to progress through to next Friday’s final four, with West Wyalong the other side to progress out of Thursday’s trials thanks to a 36-20 victory over Forbes at Anzac Park, Orange.
OHS and West Wyalong will go head-to-head with Dubbo Senior College and Lake Cargelligo High School after both progressed from the Dubbo leg of the western trials.
Western CHS coach Amanda Hurford was expecting a strong final four hit-out in Orange.
“There’s still a few of the girls eligible to trial again for this year’s squad but there’s also a number of fresh faces, so it’s looking like we’ll have another strong Western team to take away next term,” she said.
Next week’s trials start at 9.30am at Anzac Park.
