THERE was plenty of sport on Orange's pitches, greens and fields on the weekend.

And Central Western Daily photographers Jude Keogh and Steve Gosch were on hand for lots of it.

The second round of women's Premier League Hockey saw Orange Confederates face Lithgow Zig Zag at the Orange Hockey Centre on Saturday afternoon.

In ODCA first grade cricket, which featured a round of Saturday-Sunday games, Centrals faced Orange City at Riawena Oval, Cavaliers downed CYMS at Wade Park, while Kinross defeated Waratahs at Kinross.

There was also several ODCA lower grade games on Saturday afternoon.

Softball grand finals were in full swing at Sir Jack Brabham Park on Saturday, while the city's more enthusiastic golfers braved the wet to tackle the Duntryleague layout.

Finally, teams from across the region converged on Pride Park for the annual Orange City Invitation 10s rugby union tournament.
