BRADLEY Steven Parker has strongly denied any involvement in a break and enter and assault in Orange recently, saying when the offence was alleged to have occurred he was having breakfast with a family member before being dropped off to church at the Hillsong Centre.

Parker’s barrister David Forster told Orange Local Court on Thursday his client would plead not guilty and would fight the charges, of which he has been wrongly accused.
“His alibi rings true. This is a frame up,” Mr Forster said.
Asking the court to grant bail to his client, Mr Forster said there was still some confusion about the identification of the co-accused, identified by the victim.
Magistrate Terry Lucas pointed out to Parker that he had 25 pages of bail reports before him, with half of those for offences Parker had committed as a child, however Mr Forster said his client had changed his ways.
“He has cleaned up his act,” Mr Forster said.
Parker, 32, has been in Silverwater Correctional Complex since he was charged by police with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and aggravated break, enter and steal over the incident, which allegedly occurred in Orange on February 2 between 5am and 8am.
Parker was also charged with entering the premises with intent to commit a serious indictable offence, and being in possession of a knife.
In considering bail Mr Lucas said Parker had a “lousy record of not turning up to court” and asked for surety of $5000.
Evidence presented in court revealed police were still trying to confirm the identity of Parker’s co-accused, following a report to police by the alleged victim.
The Director of Public Prosecutions indicated it would take eight to 10 weeks to prepare a brief of evidence.
Bradley was granted bail until his next court appearance in April and has been ordered to report daily to Penrith Police Station.
As part of his bail conditions Parker was told not to approach or contact the alleged victim or witnesses.
