Fulmer had to post $15,000 in surety to be released and must adhere to strict bail conditions until his next court appearance.
On Thursday Mario Antonio Laspina, 51, and Fulmer sat together in the dock after being arrested on drug and firearms charges.
The men were arrested following a raid on properties on Pinnacle and Shiralee roads on Wednesday.
In Orange Local Court on Thursday Laspina had bail denied, however Mr Lucas said he was prepared to listen to further submissions from Fulmer’s solicitor Philip Boncardo who told the court his client was the sole carer for his wife who has had recent heart surgery and is on oxygen for several hours a day.
Mr Boncardo was asked to return to court with medical evidence to support the application before his client was granted bail.
