A MAN appeared in Orange Local Court on Monday after police allegedly located two sticks of explosives at his residence.

During the early hours of Thursday police attended an address at Kibbler Street, Cowra to investigate reports of a domestic dispute, where it is alleged the victim was threatened with a pistol.
Police were also investigating an earlier threat where a pistol was allegedly produced after an argument between a man and two young males at a service station in Cowra.
Following investigations police executed a search warrant at a house in Cooyal Crescent, Cowra on Saturday, where they allegedly located two sticks of explosives.
Police did not locate a pistol.
At about 3.40pm on Sunday police attended an address in Kangarooby Road, Gooloogong and arrested a 22-year-old male.
Police charged the male with possess, supply or make explosive for unlawful purpose, stalk/intimidate intend fear physical harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear in Cowra court on Wednesday.
