Temple Cornish and Courtney Hawke have both been awarded the Order of Australia Medal in the General Division.
Mrs Cornish has been honoured for her services to the United Protestant Association, Guiding and Meals on Wheels, while Mr Hawke has been acknowledged for his contribution to the development and support of the arts in Orange over several decades.
Orange's local Australia Day recipients will be named in a ceremony at Cook Park at 10.45am today.
