Teams from Illawarra, Camden, Wagga, Penrith, the ACT, Shoalhaven, Northern Districs, Lachlan, South Coast, Mitchell, North Shore, Dubbo and Parramatta have descended on the city for the four-day carnival, which also includes an invitational day-night Twenty20 match under lights at Wade Park on Tuesday night.
