WARREN Alfred Moses was due to be sentenced in Orange Local Court yesterday for his role in the attack on sheep on a district property in May, however the sentencing has been adjourned until next month.
Moses remains in custody after breaching his bail by being arrested by police and charged with assault in a separate matter.
His solicitor Mason Manwaring told the court despite several attempts during the week to have his client assessed for an alleged acquired brain injury no examination of his client has taken place.
Sentencing was delayed last week pending Mr Manwaring’s application for an assessment of his client.
Last week Mr Manwaring said he had been alerted to the content of Moses’s pre-sentence report which showed his client may have an acquired brain injury as the result of a sporting accident when he was 12.
Moses did not appear in court yesterday and bail was formally refused.
