ANYONE who would like to contribute to the potential implementation of an early closing trial for Orange hotels is invited to a meeting on Wednesday to be hosted by the Orange and District Ministers’ Association (ODMA).
Spokesperson for the ODMA, Bev Rankin said any stakeholders including publicans, any liquor outlet representatives and others from NSW Health, Orange taxis, Orange City Council and emergency services affected by late night trading are invited to the meeting to be held at 4pm at the Fusion Centre in the Uniting Church complex in Anson Street.
She said members of the general public are also invited.
The ODMA voted at a meeting last week to call on Orange’s three late- night trading hotels to cut back trading hours and not sell alcohol after midnight as part of a trial the organisation would like to see start at the end of the month.
