AN Orange man died yesterday as a result of injuries received in a crash earlier this month.
About 8am on Thursday June 14, a Volkswagen panel van and a prime mover collided at the intersection of Bathurst Road and Allenby Road, Orange.
Emergency services were called and officers attached to Canobolas Local Area Command attended.
The driver and passenger of the van, both men, were taken to Orange Base Hospital with serious injuries.
The 19-year-old passenger was later airlifted to Westmead Hospital with serious head injuries. He died shortly after 1pm yesterday.
The 28-year-old van driver suffered broken ribs, while the 42-year-old male truck driver was uninjured.
A report will now be prepared for the Coroner.
