Fire crews on patrol at another grass fire

FIREFIGHTERS continue to patrol containment lines put in place after a fire broke out at Mandurama late yesterday.

NSW Rural Fire Service crews were called to the three-hectare grass fire burning near Burnt Yards Road, 38 kilometres south of Orange.

A Canobolas Zone spokesperson said three crews responded to the blaze, which started near a shearing shed.

The spokesperson said the cause of the fire was still being determined.

The fire is under control and still being monitored by crews.
