I saw people standing outside the doors backed up, outside on the walkway.
I am wondering if I am the only person who thinks this is because of the way the place is designed. The service area is filled up with boxes of lollies and toys and there is just one line of customers funnelling down to the various counters.
Surely commonsense should prevail and they should realise the inadequate layout is causing a lot of stress and frustration to customers, especially when they know that this is the busiest time of year. After all, shouldn’t the customers come first.
